In a new urban complex, The 1000 complex, in the west of Rishon LeZion, a residential complex is being built that includes 298 housing units in 3 towers above a commercial center. The buildings are designed in such a way as to allow a maximum view for the tenants towards the southwest where the open view leisure area of the beach is located. The floor plan creates a triangle whose sides extend along the front of the landscape. On the ground floor there is a continuous commercial floor that defines the urban street and delimits the inner courtyard. In the facade of the building, vertical aluminum elements are integrated which add color and visual diversity to the facade and are used for shading in certain parts of the building. On the roof of the commercial area there are uses for the well-being of the tenants and municipal kindergartens that benefit from the green roofs.
