The tower has 36 floors above ground, including 200 units, 600 square meters of retail at the square level, and a five-story underground parking lot with a municipal parking lot for the benefit of the public. In addition, the project includes the preservation and renovation of the T-gart building, which was used by the British police since 1940. The project is located in the heart of Ramat Gan, within walking distance of the employment centers and the metropolitan district and on the light rail axis. The building is built as an urban landmark on one of the most important axes in Gush Dan. The colors of the building are contrasting and dominant and will be a point of reference and orientation along the axis. The facade It is a kind of example that changes according to the viewpoints of pedestrians and vehicles along Jabotinsky Street and the change creates a dynamic facade that constantly changes in relation to the viewpoint.
