Urban renewal project, TAMA 38 demolition and reconstruction, demolition of an existing four-story building above a stilt floor, comprising 16 residential units, and construction of a nine-story building with 33 residential units. The building is designed as part of three buildings planned along Barat Street in northern Tel Aviv, with Einstein Street to the south and east, and bordered to the north by an open, green public space. The buildings are designed as a unified volume, with balconies extending along the full length of the façades facing north and south, while all façades maintain a consistent rhythm of crisscross aluminum beams, creating dynamism while preserving the unified volume enclosed within them. The basement entrance is a shared entrance for the three buildings, in order to maintain a pleasant frontage along Barat Street, with a wide and sheltered entrance on the main façade of the building.
