A 12-story boutique building comprising 31 residential units and a commercial unit on the ground floor, adjacent to a private open space. The project offers a variety of apartments with rich and distinctive specifications, some of which include a jacuzzi/pool or a private elevator. The project is located within walking distance of the beach, Ramat Aviv Mall, and the university. The boutique building is designed with a ventilated architectural envelope clad in dry finishes, allowing high-quality insulation and design freedom. The surrounding landscape continues naturally from the urban street and adjacent blocks. Shared spaces are designed with full-height openings for natural light while maintaining residents’ privacy.
