Project Description:
This residential project integrates additional uses such as kindergartens and commercial spaces on the ground floors. The project consists of four complexes that include 8 plots, 25 buildings combining low-rise and high-rise construction, and 750 housing units.
High-Rise Construction:
The high-rise construction is designed so that the podium floors define the street space and the public area through zero-lot-line construction and continuous frontage. The podium floors serve as the base of the buildings and are characterized by a continuous façade with diverse uses to create street activity. The design adds depth and volume to the street space. The intensive construction creates a rhythm on the street, accompanying pedestrian movement and defining the urban space. The unique design also allows for a local identity. Above the podium floors are the tower floors, which are characterized by their clarity and vertical, light lines.
Low-Rise Construction:
The low-rise construction is characterized by an internal courtyard shared by the residents. To strengthen the internal courtyard and turn it into a significant and active space, each pair of buildings shares a common wall to create a continuous frontage. The entrances to the buildings are from the internal courtyard, the residents' clubs face the courtyard, and the garden apartment courtyards are oriented towards the external façades
