The project is a residential complex designated for long-term rental as part of the Israeli Ministry of Housing’s “Apartment for Rent” program. It comprises 291 residential units distributed across three plots (Plots 112, 132–133), with a total site area of approximately 50,000 square meters. Plot 132 integrates daycare centers at the ground-floor level, designed in accordance with the specifications of the Ministry of Education. A defining feature of the project is the incorporation of suspended gardens along the building façades, creating a striking architectural expression that evolves with the changing seasons. Unlike other developments where the concept of a green façade remains largely conceptual, this project benefits from unified ownership under the “Apartment for Rent” framework, combined with a thoughtfully designed maintenance and landscaping strategy. Together, these elements ensure the long-term success of the green façades, positioning the project as a future urban landmark.
