Two residential complexes comprising 22 plots and 30 buildings over an area of 22,926 square meters. The complexes feature tiered residential buildings ranging from 5 to 8 floors, including 292 diverse housing units. The project is located in the city of Ariel in the Samarian hills, spanning the local hillsides. The building design takes into account the topography, integrating the structures into the landscape while considering the character of the surrounding buildings by breaking them into masses that settle on parts of the hill. The project uses various non-local materials to create an urban appearance and emphasize the interaction between the unique terrain and the urban setting.
